FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

NO outside Food and/or Drinks shall be permitted into the facility. The only exception is what's prescribed for a medical condition. Each team participating in an event may bring into the facility one (1) forty-eight (48) quart ice chest with food and drink for players and coaches use per day. 

CAN I BRING FOOD AND/OR DRINK INTO THE COMPLEX?

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Per the consent form & rules and regulations there is a no refund policy agreed upon at registration or ticket sale. 

WILL FLAGS BE PROVIDED?

Flags will be provided but we encourage players to get creative and bring their own. Flags must be at least 9 inches long and at least 2 flags per belt per regulation.

IS THERE AN ENTRY FEE?

No! Invite all your family and friends to cheer you on!

CAN I PLAY ON MORE THAN ONE TEAM?

Yes! You can only play on one team per division. For example you can be on a roster for college men & college co-ed.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

  • Athletic wear including cleats or running shoes and shorts with NO pockets & NO jewelry.

  • Teams are to provide team members with own jersey. Free agents will be provided a team name along with team jersey. 

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY PURCHASED MERCHANDISE?

  • All orders placed before the deadline of April  14th at 11:59pm CST will be available for pickup at the tournament. 

  • Any merchandise purchased after the deadline will be shipped to the address provided. There is no guarantee that you will receive your order before the tournament. 

  • Merchandise will be available for sale during the event while supplies last.
